How Do I Check On The Status Of My Order?

Every order you have ever made is listed in your Nextmia account. View the current status of your order by logging into your account and clicking My Order.

Once we have received your payment, it will be processed and verified; your order will go through several steps before being “shipped out”.
Nextmia will typically process orders 3-10 business days upon payment.

Once your completed order has been sent out, you can follow the shipment and and track the package online.
